Qualifications

• Valid Illinois PEL and School Psychologist license (applications from travel professionals with pending credentials welcome)
• Experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations in a school setting
• Knowledge of the MTSS framework and early intervention processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to facilitate and participate in meetings with educators, parents, and related service teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and run domain meetings to assess student needs
• Conduct evaluations with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Oversee the Early Intervention (EI) transition process, including TPBA, for approximately 17 annual transitions
• Attend MTSS referral meetings for individual students as needed
• Provide professional recommendations and collaborate with staff and families to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all compliance requirements
