Soliant Health in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support student health in a school setting near Ridgewood. This contract role focuses on pediatric and adolescent care, with opportunities to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.

The RN must hold a New Jersey license, have prior school health experience, and be proficient with care planning, electronic health records, and immunization compliance for students. Compensation ranges from $32.70 to $52.70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• School health experience preferred.
• Familiarity with care planning, EHRs, and immunization compliance.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to work with teachers, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt nursing care to students with acute and chronic health needs.
• Administer medications, manage health plans, and respond to emergencies.
• Conduct routine health screenings and maintain accurate health records.
• Support immunization programs and health education initiatives.
• Collaborate with educators to promote a healthy school environment.
• Communicate health concerns and referrals with families.
