Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Renton, WA is actively seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time contract to cover a maternity leave in a welcoming school setting. You will provide direct therapy to students and collaborate with a knowledgeable team to support IEP goals.

Responsibilities include evaluating and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting screenings, and supporting teachers and families with concrete communication strategies.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for Washington SLP license and CCC/CFY status.
• Experience supporting students in school settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration with educators and families required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct screenings and assessments with multidisciplinary teams.
• Support teachers and families with practical communication strategies.
• Maintain records and participate in IEP meetings.
