Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support middle and high school students across two active educational sites for the upcoming semester (August to December 2026).

Qualifications include CA SLP license, experience in schools or pediatrics, and CCC/CFY candidates are encouraged to apply. Expect to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student communication and educational experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based speech therapy in individual and group settings.
• Serve a caseload of up to 67 students with SLPA support for therapy implementation.
• Develop and track IEP goals, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Foster a positive climate for learners with varied speech/language needs; promote confidence and academics.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and staff at two school sites.
