Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to serve elementary and middle school students across two California locations. This full-time, onsite contract runs through June 10, 2027, offering stability and a chance to impact student communication skills.

Requirements include an active CA SLP license, school-based experience, and strong communication and collaboration abilities to work onsite at both campuses. SLPA credentials are not accepted.

Qualifications

• Active California SLP license required.
• Experience or strong interest in school-based SLP services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and direct therapy for elementary and middle school students.
• Develop and implement IEPs and monitor progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation to support student growth.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
• Provide staff and family resources related to speech/lang development.
• Manage a diverse caseload across two school locations.
