Job summary
Idealist Consulting, a nonprofit-focused technology partner, seeks a Salesforce Developer to join as a 1099 contract consultant. You will partner with project teams to guide, educate, and empower clients through digital transformation using Salesforce, Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
You will build integrations, assist data migrations, and maintain reusable code libraries while advising clients and staff on best practices.
Qualifications
- Four or more years of Salesforce Platform development experience.
- Experience providing technical solutions for nonprofits and progressive organizations.
Responsibilities
- Build client-specific solutions on the Salesforce Platform using Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Build integrations between external systems and Salesforce.
- Assist with migration of client CRM data to Salesforce and create custom code as needed.
- Maintain internal library of reusable code for future project deployments.
- Provide guidance and best practices around Salesforce development for clients and staff.
- Review project requirements with consultants and project managers to refine technical details.
- Develop and document user instructions and maintenance requirements for Salesforce customizations.
- Contribute to development of additional products and services.
