CBX Solutions, the nation’s leading provider of architectural doors, frames, hardware, and security integration services, is seeking a Contract Salesperson to maintain relationships with assigned customers and develop new opportunities. You will review plans, prepare bids, present bids, and follow up to close contracts while ensuring customer requirements are met.

The role requires 5+ years in a construction-related environment, an Associate’s Degree or equivalent, a valid US driver's license,

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Current US driver’s license and 21+ years old required to drive for the company.
• At least 5 years of experience in a construction-related environment.

Responsibilities

• Visits assigned customers regularly to check progress and generate leads.
• Cultivates new customer relationships in assigned territories with branch coordination.
• Secures construction plans and specs for upcoming work to support bids.
• Participates in take‑off and bid processes from plans and specs.
• Reviews bids for accuracy; submits bids timely and per company terms.
• Follows up on bids and negotiates to capture jobs.
• Manages vendor relationships and obtains competitive bids to maximize margins.
• Attends project meetings and coordinates with warehouse/shipping.
• Communicates with vendors about service issues and product offerings.
• Oversees billing and cost reporting; resolves gross margin concerns.
