Qualifications

- Two years experience in Acute Care Hemodialysis nursing required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, promptly identifying changes in patient condition.
