Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute the dialysis program and provide direct patient care.

• Develop care plans and interventions based on patient assessment.
• Supervise LPN/LVN and support staff during patient care.
• Safe operation of dialysis equipment and POC testing.
• Advocate for patients and ensure non-discriminatory care.
• Obtain informed consent for procedures.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external institutions.
• Provide education and support for home dialysis patients.
• Maintain staff competencies and ensure training completion.
• Mentor junior staff as needed.
