Director of Talent Acquisition| Masters in Labor and Human Resources - Connecting Top Talent to Their Next Opportunity

Perdue Farms seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll split your time between supporting the background check adjudication process and assisting the recruiting team with candidate coordination. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both the administrative and compliance sides of recruiting in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Principal and Essential Job Duties:

• Write, review, and send candidate offer letter packets.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the pre-boarding process, providing updates and answering inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the application tracking system (ATS) and candidate pre-boarding tracking database.
• Review and adjudicate background check reports for accuracy and escalate as appropriate.
• Support adjudication workflows by documenting decisions and maintaining compliance records.
• Collaborate with internal HR and TA teams to ensure timely clearance of candidates

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, related field of study or equivalent work experience.

The Ideal Candidate will also have:

• At least 1+ years of work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, related HR, or administrative role.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in using application tracking systems and other HR software. SuccessFactors experience, desired.
• Effective time-management and ability to prioritize competing demands.
