Addison Group is seeking a Contract Recruiter to manage hourly manufacturing recruiting across multiple locations from our Lemont, IL office. The role covers posting, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding, with occasional travel to Gary, IN for in-person onboarding.

The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The position requires at least 1 year of recruiting experience, proficiency with LinkedIn and social media

Qualifications

• 1+ year recruiting experience, including coordination.
• Experience with high-volume or hourly recruiting.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn and social media recruiting.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions across multiple locations.
• Post jobs on Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Review resumes and conduct phone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate records and ATS data.
• Travel to Gary, IN for onboarding as needed.
