Job summary

Chaos Industries is seeking a contract Recruiter in El Segundo, CA to own full-cycle recruitment for defense-regulated roles. Collaborate with the Recruiting Lead, hiring managers, and stakeholders to build robust talent pipelines across Operations, Legal, and G&A, while aligning with mission and values.

You will recruit across business-critical functions, gain exposure to diverse teams, and support complex technical roles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of closing candidates for complex or hard-to-fill positions.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders on role scoping, pipeline strategy and evaluation.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics.
• High ownership and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from initial screening to offer.
• Develop and implement strategies to build talent pipelines and referral networks.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Lead, hiring managers and stakeholders on requirements and goals.
• Maintain pipeline metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Position roles with deep understanding of product, roadmap, and culture.
• Coordinate with Recruiting Coordinators and Operations for efficient workflows.
• Run point on external agencies for niche positions.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
• Work 3-4 days onsite out of our office in Los Angeles (El Segundo).
