Job summary

B&G Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment at our Ankeny, IA manufacturing facility.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, source candidates, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (production/operations/maintenance/light industrial preferred), and is proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience; production/operations/light industrial preferred.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet recruiting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions across Ankeny manufacturing facility.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit .
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Present qualified candidates and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage offer development, negotiations, and acceptance processes.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide status updates on open requisitions.
• Maintain accuratecandidate and requisition records within the Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
