About The Role

Each year, HealthSherpa hires over 100 seasonal employees to support Open Enrollment Period. This remote contract recruiter will support the hiring of these employees through processing applications, scoring assessment data, conducting interviews, collecting data, and supporting onboarding. This role is slated for 15-20 hours/week and will report to the Senior Recruiter who oversees the seasonal hiring process. The hourly wage for this role is $50/hour.

This is a fully remote contract position through September 12, 2025.

You Will

• Screen, assess, schedule, interview, and evaluate candidates
• Collect and score data to support the hiring process
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting reference checks
  
  

You Have

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment
• Familiarity with Ashby or other applicant tracking systems or CRMs
