firstPRO is seeking a Paralegal with 5+ years of experience for a permanent opportunity with a prominent international law firm in Atlanta for the Real Estate Finance & Capital Markets Team. You will be able to work a hybrid schedule (3 in/2 remote).

What we are looking for:

• 5+ yrs of Paralegal experience
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Various document prep, lien release, COI's, closing checklists, grant and trust agreements

What you will be doing:

• Document prep and management- draft ancillary deal documents
• Real estate support- review title insurance policies and land surveys
• Electronic filing and reporting- generate reports, tables, and Excel docs
• Admin support- assist with billing, collections and other admin duties
