Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with 2+ years lab QC experience or; AAS in Chemistry or Chemical technology with 8+ years of lab experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to summarize data, draw conclusions and report findings.

Responsibilities

• Perform all required test methods with accuracy and precision adhering to procedures.
• Operate analytical equipment as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within QC area.
• Maintain Emergency Response Training.
• Maintain notebooks and testing logs in detail.
• Communicate test results and observations to production and other departments.
• Notify QC Manager when supplies are low and report issues affecting quality.
• Assist in Health and Safety Programs and training.
• Perform administrative, data management and statistical summaries as needed.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
