Job summary

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking a CONTRACT MANAGER to develop and manage contract scopes, terms, budgets, deliverables and performance measures in compliance with Florida Statutes and FDOT policies. The role interacts with procurement, legal, leadership and other stakeholders to support contract decisions and ensure timely deliverables.

Employment is in the Office of Administration in Florida; salary offers two biweekly ranges and an annual target; background checks

Qualifications

Experience in contract management, fiscal review, or procurement desirable.
Valid driver's license required.
FCCM certification within 6 months preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop scopes of work, contract terms, deliverables, budgets, and performance measures.
Prepare renewals and amendments.
Ensure all contract documents comply with Florida Statutes, FDOT policies, and procurement requirements.
Review and validate scopes, deliverables, budgets, payment structures, and performance measures for accuracy, consistency, acceptability, and alignment with available funding.
Coordinates with program leadership, procurement, legal, quality improvement, and other internal stakeholders to support contract decisions and resolve issues.
