Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active or pending PTA state license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled PTA services under PT supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement and modify the treatment plan under supervision of a PT.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
• Maintain documentation and coordination within outpatient setting.
