The candidate may be an experienced PTA or a new graduate ready to join a SNF/LTC setting. Responsibilities include providing skilled PT services under physician orders and supervision of a licensed PT, implementing the treatment plan, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Qualifikationen

• Must have earned an Associates degree from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA or in process for licensure as a PTA.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions under physician orders and under supervision of a PT.
• Implement and modify the patient's physical therapy plan of treatment under supervision of a PT.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
