Lyra Health is seeking contract psychiatrists to deliver evidence-based care via live 60-minute video intakes and follow-ups in a nationwide network with in-person and virtual options, focused on whole-person care. This role emphasizes culturally responsive practice and collaboration within a specialized provider network.

The position requires an Oregon license, board-certified credentials, and the ability to see patients in a dedicated office space.

Qualifikationen

• Board-certified psychiatry MD or DO required.
• Oregon state license (unrestricted) required, others a plus.
• Active DEA license preferred; in-person option preferred.

Aufgaben

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via a 60-minute intake appointment and regular follow-up appointments.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments, psychiatric medication evaluations, and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document recommendations, communicate with patients, and manage psychiatric medications.
• Follow evidence-based treatment guidelines and participate in ongoing clinical collaborations.
