Qualifications

• Board-certified MD/DO in Psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Office space available in Erie for in-person visits.
• Full-time US resident.

Responsibilities

• Provide 60-minute intake psychiatric evaluations and ongoing follow-up.
• Conduct risk assessments and medication management.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications per clinical guidelines.
• Coordinate referrals to evidence-based therapy and coaching.
