Job summary

The role emphasizes culturally responsive care with flexible scheduling, no minimum hours, and support from Lyra’s clinical consultations and 24/7 Care Navigation team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified psychiatrist in the US.
• Unrestricted license to practice psychiatry in North Carolina.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Must have office space to see patients.
• U.S. residency and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Conduct 60-minute intake appointments and regular follow-ups.
• Develop patient-centered treatment plans and coordinate with therapy/coaching services.
• Follow clinical guidelines and evidence-based practice (measurement-based care).
