Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a contract psychiatrist to provide evidence-based medication management through 60-minute intake and ongoing follow-ups in Lancaster, PA. You will conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans within a connected provider network.

The role supports whole-person mental health care, with flexible scheduling and access to clinical consultations. Board certification and an unrestricted US license are required; DEA license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board-eligible in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state medical license.
• Active DEA license preferred.
• Must have office space to see clients in Lancaster.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via a 60-minute intake appointment and regular follow-up appointments.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans and document recommendations, prescribe and manage medications.
• Follow evidence-based guidelines and coordinate care with therapy and coaching referrals.
