Qualifications

• Must be board certified in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted Utah state license required.
• Strong preference for active DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60-minute video intake appointments and follow-ups.
• Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and document treatment.
