Job summary

Lyra Health, Inc. seeks contract psychiatrists to join its national network. You’ll provide evidence-based care through live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-ups, perform psychiatric evaluations, and manage medications, coordinating with therapy and coaching services.

Qualifications

• Board-certified MD or DO in psychiatry.
• Unrestricted state license; DEA license preferred.
• Must have office space to see clients in Hanover; in-person options preferred.
• Full-time resident of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via 60-minute intake and follow-up appointments.
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and longitudinal medication treatment.
• Construct patient-centered treatment plans, document recommendations, and manage medications.
• Adhere to evidence-based treatment guidelines and measurement-based care.
