Qualifications

• Current, active PMHNP-BC certification and NC NP license.
• DEA registration and ability to prescribe controlled substances.
• Minimum of 2 years PMHNP outpatient behavioral health experience.
• Experience with EMR and telehealth platforms.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across disciplines.
• Commitment to culturally responsive care and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and comprehensive assessments.
• Provide ongoing medication management for assigned caseload.
• Develop treatment plans aligned with client goals and best practices.
• Monitor response, side effects, and risk factors; document in EMR.
• Collaborate with therapists, psychologists, and outside referents.
