Job summary

Lamboo Medical seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee initiatives across manufacturing and operations in Harmony, NC. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of project management or coordination experience
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, automation/industrial environments preferred
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across departments
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, and resource planning
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning and kickoff through execution, delivery, and closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and deliverables
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and other stakeholders to define goals and requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities and ensure alignment across departments
• Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, status updates, and stakeholder communications
• Monitor project performance, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions
• Manage project scope changes, schedules, budgets, and resources
• Track project costs and budget performance and identify efficiency opportunities
• Maintain accurate project documentation, action item logs, meeting notes, and status reports
• Coordinate customer requirements, approvals, installation activities, and acceptance activities
• Partner with suppliers and Supply Chain to monitor material availability and vendor deliverables
• Support continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and recommending process enhancements
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and communication
