Job summary

Advantage SCI is seeking a Contract Program Security Officer to support the government PSO. The CPSO will manage personnel, physical, information, and training security tasks and review PERSEC paperwork for SAPs.

Travel within CONUS for facility inspections, draft SOPs/SCGs, and implement SAP security training. Requires TS/SCI with CI Poly or Top Secret with ability to obtain SCI/CI polygraph and 5+ years in government security databases.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly or Top Secret with ability to obtain SCI/CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years specialized experience with government security databases (JADE, Scattered Castles, DISS).
• Training and experience with SAPs.
• CDSE SAPS training and security compliance experience.
• CDSE Orientation to SAP Security Inspections course preferred.
• Experience with SCIF Accreditations and Inspections.
• Must hold TS/SCI and CI Poly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication across dispersed sites.

Responsibilities

• Support government and contractor customers as PSO in security disciplines.
• Review and process security paperwork for SAPs and access control.
• Draft SOPs, SCGs and essential security documents.
• Train personnel on SAP security requirements.
• Coordinate facility inspections and accreditations.
• Travel CONUS for site visits and inspections.
