Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience minimum.
• Versatile design aesthetic with ability to reach and activate audiences across different styles and platforms online.
• Prior experience with digital platforms (Social + Paid ads and email) is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems on the fly, and communicate with those around you.

Responsibilities

• Support the visual design of a wide range of projects – including email and social campaigns, Direct Mail and Paid Media.
• Collaborate with writers, other designers and creative directors to iterate and evolve designs based on feedback.
