Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience in fast-paced agency environments.
• Strong understanding of design theory, typography, branding, and advertising history.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with HTML5, Figma, and Webflow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality design work for a wide variety of applications including printed ephemera, social media, online advertising, document design, animation, decks and branding.
• Execute updates, resizes, preflighting, and troubleshooting per direction from PM, Brand, and Creative teams.
• Prepare files for fabrication and offset lithography to support production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with agency teams and clients to ensure alignment with brand, project, and business goals.
• Maintain and catalog precise art files and assets.
• Maintain a positive attitude and high accountability.

We're looking for a Contract Designer to help produce an extraordinarily wide range of deliverables across an equally wide range of clients. Today you're animating HTML5 display ads; tomorrow, laying out a self-mailer, preparing print-ready OOH, resizing social, or spray-painting a suitcase to encase a new business pitch. This actually happened.

• Develop and deliver high-quality design work for a wide variety of applications, including printed ephemera, social media, online advertising, document design, animation, deck and presentation design, and branding.
• Execute updates, resizes, preflighting, and troubleshooting based on direction from Project Management, Brand Management, and Creative teams.
• Support the production process by preparing files for fabrication and offset lithography.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting frequent deadlines and maintaining quality throughout.
• Collaborate with broader agency teams and clients to ensure creative aligns with brand, project, and business goals.
• Maintain and catalog precise art files and assets.
• Maintain a positive attitude and high level of accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of design theory, layout principles, typography, design and advertising history, and branding.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; experience with Adobe Animate is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with HTML5, Figma, and Webflow is a plus.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and Microsoft 360 is a plus.
• Experience using project management tools like Monday.com is a plus.
• Located in the New Orleans area a plus.
• A strong portfolio that showcases a range of versatile designs across multiple media and deliverables.
• Excellent communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to remain focused and productive under pressure while balancing quality and efficiency.
