  • Define, prioritize, and maintain a well‑structured product backlog that aligns with business and technical objectives.
  • Write clear, detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature definitions that guide development and testing.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflows, and clarify feature priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, Architecture, and Program teams to ensure a shared understanding of objectives and successful execution.
  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Track delivery progress, resolve blockers, and ensure alignment with project timelines and platform milestones.
  • Utilize JIRA and Microsoft suite tools for tracking, documentation, and communication across teams.
  • Ensure product functionality meets regulatory expectations and integrates effectively within the broker/dealer environment.
  • Promote strong collaboration and communication across all teams and stakeholders.
