Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of process engineering experience; 5 years preferred.
• hands-on experience developing and supporting manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong statistical analysis skills to design experiments and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support R&D projects focused on developing, designing, and improving manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Influence material and product development by evaluating manufacturability and proposing improvements.
• Design and execute experiments, collect data, and analyze results to optimize production.
• Build and test prototype and production equipment to validate concepts and performance.
• Research and support equipment purchases for new and existing processes.
• Apply statistical methods to assess process capability and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve production issues and implement improvements.
• Document process designs, results, validation activities, and equipment specs clearly.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize deliverables.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using Green Belt/Black Belt practices where applicable.
