Job summary

Qualifications

• Industrial chemical synthesis and process development experience required.
• Experience with fatty acid, hydrogenation, or amine chemistry preferred.
• Experience with high pressure equipment preferred.
• Ability to interpret R&D data and QC results.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize laboratory-scale to pilot-scale processes (100 mL to 4 L).
• Lead process development for care solutions at Mapleton Plant.
• Collaborate with QA/QC and NPI teams; report progress monthly.
• Ensure safety and maintain rigorous documentation.
