Contract Pricing Analyst (Experienced or Lead)

Company: Boeing Distribution, Inc. Boeing Global Services (BGS) Distribution Business is looking for a Contract Pricing Analyst (Experienced or Lead) for our Dallas, TX facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations of line item pricing (from five to tens of thousands of items with value ranging from $50,000 - $500M Annually) and recommend changes with Product Gross Margin (PGM) based on review of product mix, inventory impact and sales recommendations.
• Select pricing strategies that balance market conditions and sales expectations.
• Create baseline profitability models for executive review and consideration while aligning with sales leadership and representatives on goals, objectives and pricing proposal impact.
• Communicate bid strategies to sales, create tailored customer responses in all design and appropriate formatting, and prepare final pricing proposals within the timeframe given by the customer.
• Participate in kick off meetings with sales representatives, sales leaders and other functional areas.
• Set timelines and deadlines based on outcome of kick off meeting.
• Coordinate project management across multiple functions such as Supply Chain, legal, Quality, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 4+ total years of related work experience – analytical, financial, etc.
• 3+ years of proficiency experience with the Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc).
• 3+ years of experience in manipulating large amounts of computer data.
• Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and quantitative problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
• This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8+ of experience in corporate analytics, revenue management, etc.
• 3+ years of experience with basic ERP system functionality, SAP or similar tool.
• Basic project management skills.
• Aerospace experience.
