Job summary

Tommy Bahama is seeking an Associate Production Manager for a temporary in-house role within the Sourcing and Production team. The role focuses on pre-production through to bulk production, auditing and releasing final tech packs to vendors, and ensuring on-time delivery with quality standards.

You will coordinate with material suppliers, garment factories, and QC teams, manage vendor communications, and support the booking process for carryover styles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fashion design, business or related field.
• Excellent understanding of product development, costs and lead times.
• Strong MS Excel proficiency and familiarity with PLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-production and production process post Brand Launch.
• Audit and release final tech packs to vendors with clear details.
• Lead cross-functional approvals to start bulk production on time.
