Job summary

Bloom Consulting is seeking an independent contractor to provide Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) to students in Davis County, Utah. The role combines in-person instruction with remote planning and documentation, offering a flexible, part-time schedule suited for a retired professional or project-based work.

Services are delivered under a state-funded Vocational Rehabilitation contract, with guidance from the Coordinator of Pre-ETS, for students aged 14–22 with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; at least one year teaching or instructional experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage variable workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pre-ETS instruction to students ages 14–22 with disabilities.
• Deliver individual and small group instruction in school/community settings.
• Plan and organize instructional activities independently; complete state documentation on time.
• Maintain student records and participate in curriculum planning meetings.
• Use cloud-based tools to manage services and reporting.
