Responsibilities

• Manage DHS contract operational requirements across departments.
• Own DHS reporting and ensure quality prior to submission.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve escalated issues.
• Answer questions and resolve issues with staff.
• Investigate variances and propose solutions.
• Identify trends and explain analyses to non-technical audiences.
• Lead special projects and assist other departments during backlogs.
• Prioritize and meet deadlines; may require extended hours.
