Job summary

Pacific University seeks two contracted reviewers to assist the Physical Therapy admissions process. Review up to 40 files each for the 2026-2027 cycle, primarily between September and December 2026, using a standardized rubric and PTCAS platform.

Applicants must be licensed physical therapists, fluent in English, and able to read and write at least at an 8th grade level. Remote interviews may occur, with emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, reads/writes/speaks at 8th grade level or higher.
• Must have completed a physical therapy education from an accredited program.
• Ability to communicate with students, faculty, staff and the public appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Review up to 40 admissions files using the PTCAS platform and scoring rubric.
• Confirm qualifications, experience, and admissions essays.
• Flag red flags and communicate with the admissions team as needed.
• Provide monthly progress updates to the Chair of the Admissions Committee.
