Qualificações

• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current CO state licensure or in process for licensure as a PT.
• CPR certification is current.
• Ability to develop a plan of care for PT patients.
• Provide skilled PT services per physician orders.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to meet patient goals.
