Job summary

Centra Healthcare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Stockton, CA for a contract assignment. The role requires licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to develop and implement care plans while providing skilled PT services per physician orders.

Candidates should be prepared to collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and operate under the organization’s mission and goals. This contract offers weekly pay and benefits support through Centra.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or in licensure process.
• Current CPR certification.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services / interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
