Responsibilities

• Plans programs for individuals including infants to adults across home care, out-patient and residential services.
• Prepares treatment records, progress notes, and evaluations; communicates with health professionals and families as needed.
• Communicates with agency professionals to plan further therapy and assignment of consumers.
• Provides direction and leadership to physical therapy assistants and aides.
• Oversees maintenance of the therapy area and equipment; collaborates with staff to integrate PT goals.
• Organizes clinics, tracks attendance, and manages program funding and administration.
