MEDEX STAFFING NETWORK LLC is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team in Columbus, GA for a 13-week contract. This role offers the opportunity to impact patients' lives within a supportive staffing network.

Candidates must hold a DPT or PT degree, be licensed in Georgia, and be proficient in evidence-based practices. Outpatient, inpatient, or rehab settings are considered; good communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Georgia state Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Previous clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based PT practices and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitative techniques
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Ensure a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for all patients
