Job summary

HRforGrowth is supporting a client in Haxtun, CO for a Physical Therapist Assistant role on a 13-week contract. The PTA will initiate prescribed exercises under a Physical Therapist and contribute to restoration of function and pain relief.

Qualified candidates hold a Colorado (or compact) license and a current BLS certification; 13-week assignment with 10-hour days, Monday–Friday, is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Colorado or compact license.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate prescribed exercises for physical rehabilitation services under supervision.
• Support restoration of function and relief of pain under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Help prevent disability through prescribed rehabilitation interventions.
