Qualifications

• Valid phlebotomy certification as required by state
• Minimum of 1 year experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures and collect specimens following SOPs.
• Label specimens, centrifuge, and record maintenance data.
• Explain venipuncture and specimen collection processes to patients.
• Package specimens for transport and ensure sample integrity.
