GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Contract Performance Manager to own the outcome and ensure the safe, predictable, and reliable operation of customer power generation assets while optimizing the contract's financial performance.

You will lead outages, parts, and repairs, own the CSA execution, and serve as the technical advisor to customer site teams. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in power generation, or an Associate degree with 7+ years, or a HS diploma with 9+ years in power generation.
  • Experience in customer service and project management preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of outages, parts, and repairs from planning to risk mitigation.
  • Lead the contractual service agreement (CSA) execution for zero-harm, high-quality, on-time maintenance.

Job Description Summary

Own the outcome. As a Contract Performance Manager, you are the single point of contact responsible for the technical and operational success of our customer’s power generation assets and the financial performance of the contract. This role bridges the gaps between outage planning & execution, technical leadership, contract management, commercial strategy, and customer satisfaction; with the north star being safe, predictable and reliable operation of our customer’s assets. This role will grow your operational, technical, commercial and customer service skills.

What You’ll Own
Asset Performance:

Lead the full lifecycle of outages, parts, and repairs—from planning and scheduling to proactive risk mitigation.

Operational Execution:

Be the primary owner of the Contractual Service Agreement (CSA). Your goal is zero-harm, high-quality, on-time maintenance that ensure maximum reliability, availability and performance. Lead all site actives and prioritize with SQDC mindset.

Customer Partnership:

Serve as the trusted technical advisor to the customer’s site teams, translating complex operational challenges into clear, actionable solutions; be the conduit into GE Vernova Gas Services functions and resource pools to drive responsiveness, issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Strategic Improvement:

You aren't just following a playbook; you are writing it. Identify waste, inefficiencies and champion continuous improvement projects that drive efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability.

Commercial Accountability:

Take ownership of the contract’s bottom line, including invoicing, cash collection, and driving long-term profitable growth.

What you’ll bring: (Basic Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and at least 5 years of experience in the power generation industry; or an associate’s degree from an accredited university or college with 7 years of experience in a power generation industry or a high school diploma/GED with at least 9 years of experience in the power generation industry.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $119,600.00 and $199,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
