The Ash Group is hiring a Paralegal (24619) for our client, a technology company delivering hardware, software, and services that transform productivity. This role is based in Dayton, OH and onsite.

This 12-month contract offers up to $39/hr W2, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, direct primary care, and a 4% matched 401(k) after six months. The paralegal will provide comprehensive legal support, manage contracts, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a legal or corporate environment with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Clear and effective communication with clients and teams, written and verbal.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Draft, assemble, review, and edit contracts and related documents under attorney supervision.
• Track contract execution, collect signatures, and organize files in the document management system.
• Coordinate with commercial teams to clarify terms and progress.
• Support billing, regulatory filings, and cross-functional legal projects.
