Job summary

Tryfacta is seeking a Paralegal - Temporary for our client in Oklahoma City, OK 73105. This is a 6–12 month contract assignment working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week, in-office.

The role focuses on providing comprehensive legal support and maintaining filing deadlines. The candidate will draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, conduct legal research, manage case files, and coordinate witnesses and exhibits.

Qualifications

Requires strong legal knowledge, case management, and document preparation.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage case files and deadlines.
Ability to support attorneys with complex tasks and deadlines.
Experience with state and federal court procedures and e-filing systems.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive legal support to assigned attorneys by drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents.
Conduct legal research and summarize findings.
Manage case files and track filing deadlines.
Prepare witnesses and organize exhibits for proceedings.
Support administrative duties for General Counsel or Deputy General Counsels.
