Job summary

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is urgently seeking a contract Paralegal to support one of our in-house clients. Start: ASAP once interviewed and selected. Location: preference for on-site in NYC or Orlando, remote considered.

Duration: 2 months. Daily responsibilities include analyzing data, preparing reports, and tracking key metrics and contract activity; serve as a point of contact for vendor-related questions and stakeholder communications; support contract workflows and reporting

Qualifications

• Strong multitasker with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Interest in technology and process improvement; exposure to AI initiatives is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI and dashboards experience preferred.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Analyze data, prepare reports, and track key metrics and contract activity.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendor-related questions and stakeholder communications.
• Support contract workflows and assist with reporting requests across the business.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Strong multitasker with excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.

• Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI, dashboards, and iManage experience preferred.
