Job summary

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is partnering with a dynamic AI infrastructure company to recruit a Contracts Attorney for a long-term, full-time role. The position is hybrid in NYC or San Francisco, two days in office, with a start ASAP.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts across global operations, supporting government procurement, and managing risk. Requires 5–10 years of experience and US bar admission.

Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company, is partnering with a dynamic AI infrastructure company to recruit a Contracts Attorney. This is long-term, full-time role.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: 6-12 months with potential for extension
• Hours: Full-time
• Location: Hybrid in NYC or San Francisco (2 days in office)
• Compensation: $100-105/hr, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements across our global operations.
• Support government procurement processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Contribute to risk management and develop strategies to mitigate legal exposure.
• Candidates must have 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working within or supporting the tech sector is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Based ideally in New York or San Francisco, with the flexibility to support global operations.
• Licensed to practice law in a US jurisdiction, active and in good standing.
