Job summary

The Honest Company is seeking a detail-oriented Paid Media Coordinator (Contractor) for a part-time, contract role focused on creative operations, asset management, content planning, and cross-functional coordination to support paid media campaigns.

You will partner with Paid Media, Creative, Social, Sales, and agency teams to briefing, developing, delivering, and launching new creative assets while coordinating assets and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in paid social, social media, influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Working knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Route quarterly media briefs to Sales for input and Tinuiti.
• Brief new creative assets in Workfront across Brand + Retail Media.
• Support asset delivery, tracking, and ad launches including asset storage and previews.
• Manage YouTube Shorts uploads and YouTube content refreshes.
• Develop paid social briefs and collaborate with Creative on ads.
